About Us:

ECNS Global Consultant, PLLC is a leader in digital substation transformation. With an extensive background in protection and control engineering design including on-site and remote construction and commissioning. ECNS has expertise in emerging digital substation design using conventional methods, IEC 61850 standard, and/or SEL TiDL technology.

We are seeking a motivated and talented Electrical Engineering Intern with a focus on Power Systems to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design, analysis, and implementation of power systems.

• Assist in the design and analysis of power distribution systems.
• Conduct simulations and modeling of electrical power systems using software tools such as MATLAB, PSS/E, or ETAP.
• Support the development and testing of Intelligent Electronic Devices from different vendors (SEL, Hitachi, ABB)
• Participate in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Perform data analysis and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling software (e.g., MATLAB, PSS/E, ETAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
